Business owner and founder, Kelly Symons, is a music theorist with a background
in pedagogy and
management. She is currently completing a degree at the McGill
Faculty of Music. She wanted to establish the kind of educational center
where every child has a chance to be heard and seen.
Our lead guide, Julie Aubrey, is a trained Montessori guide with a background
in Early Childhood Education and psychology. She has worked as a school
co-ordinator in the past but missed working more closely with children. She is
dedicated to assisting children to reach their happiest potential now.
Our cook, Tom Bauer, is a writer and a parent with a degree in English and a
love of language and food. He prepares the lunches everyday, and sometimes
tells stories to the children at naptime. He believes children need opportunities to laugh
almost as much as adults do.
